A CBMC Young Professional (YP) Team is a peer advisory group made up of believing brothers ages 25-40 connected for the purpose of accelerating their personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Each group is led by a trained CBMC Coach with a seasoned business background and solid spiritual maturity.
An important part of CBMC’s mission is reaching business and professional men with the message of the Gospel. We do this by praying for men in our sphere of influence, and then inviting them to outreach events with a Christian speaker.
CBMC has released a NEW Connect3 Team Leader Training! Our new training is available 100% online and at your own pace. CBMC is asking God to raise up more than 200 new leaders nationally to advance the Great Commission! Join the adventure!
The purpose of C3 teams are to connect men to God, to one another and to the Great Commission. C3 teams exist to train and equip men to become Marketplace Ambassadors and to integrate their work and faith. Men gather to pray and support one another weekly through these vital Connect3 teams.

Virtual Connect3 Teams are provided in each Time Zone and are available across the United States. This is a great option if you live in an area that doesn't currently have an in-person Team or have a job that requires you to travel frequently.
The CBMC Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware) certified 17 leaders as CBMC Leadership Coaches on May 20th. This training began with a full day of instruction by program creator, Dr. Roger Erdvig, at the Donaldson Brown Center in Port Deposit MD.
CBMC is a ministry that wants to reach men at all stages of life with the gospel and keep our seasoned members in the game. A new Connect3 Team was started at the Broadmead Retirement Community in Hunt Valley by Michael Goodrich, a long-time CBMC Maryland member who had moved there.
CBMC Maryland has been supporting the outreach efforts of Career Confidence, a Christian-based business/career education organization. Career Confidence provides weekly seminars by experienced, professional recruiters on basic skills such as writing effective resumes and more advanced topics such as negotiating a job offer.
CBMC men were prominently involved in organizing and mobilizing their business peers throughout Maryland to participate in the National Day of Prayer (May 4, 2023). Many responded and came out to pray for our nation and communities!
CBMC Trusted Advisor Forum (TAF) is a vital CBMC ministry for business owners and senior executives who desire to intentionally grow their companies according to biblical principles, TAF offers a unique environment where a small group of non-competing Christian businessmen meet monthly with a trained facilitator to develop as Christian business owners/stewards.
