The purpose of CBMC Young Professionals is to provide Gospel-centered leadership coaching in an authentic atmosphere for men under the age of 40. YP teams provide a safe environment to share life challenges both personally and professionally.
Today’s generations are seeking spiritual connection and meaning in life more than ever before. Men are looking for guidance and encouragement. We have a golden opportunity to reach them with the life changing and empowering truth of Jesus Christ and all He offers. This experience not only deepened my understanding of CBMC's vision, mission, and purpose but also included a powerful moment where God spoke directly to my situation, resulting in radical transformation within the leadership team at my workplace.

Bill Clark, a retired automotive repair business owner, shared his personal faith journey and how he discovered significance in his quest for success. Bill ran an automotive repair business in Fallston for three decades before "retiring" at 57. In retirement he stays active by mentoring at the Harford County Jail and looking after his gardens and tractors. He is also active in discipling men using CBMC's Operation Timothy.
