Today’s generations are seeking spiritual connection and meaning in life more than ever before. Men are looking for guidance and encouragement. We have a golden opportunity to reach them with the life changing and empowering truth of Jesus Christ and all He offers. We can do this through life-on-life coaching, local team involvement, and with our exciting special events! But we need your support to help us reach them!

What we know: Men need personal connection with other men

Events and small groups help to build friendships and accountability, grow in their faith, and become godly business and family leaders, but...

• Millennials are the largest population in the workforce right now.  They are the most connected generation yet one in three says they feel lonely.
• The spiritual landscape is dynamically changing as biblical foundations decline.
• We live in a world that is almost completely digital but lacking in real relationships. Men in particular are becoming more isolated and at risk. 
• About 10,000 people a day are turning 65 in the U.S.

• Designate your gift to the Maryland Area or an individual staff member (Paul Schomburg, Chuck Whitmore, or Mark Thayer). Your gift enables CBMC to present Jesus as Savior and Lord to business and professional men and to develop these men to carry out the Great Commission.
• Designate a special gift to Maryland Leadership Expansion (read more), now through January 31st, will receive a 2 for 1 match - making a gift of $100 to $300!  This will help us to bring onboard a new staff member who will be focused on developing Young Professionals, bringing hope and connection to next generation marketplace leaders. • Twelve percent of every gift to CBMC Maryland helps to support CBMC US national ministry.

In addition to writing checks, if you have appreciated stocks or mutual funds in your investment portfolio, you can give more today without hurting your long-term investment goals. Since CBMC is a nonprofit, the capital gains taxes you would have paid are completely eliminated. CBMC’s Solution is Effective:

• Nationally, CBMC has 15,000 members in the U.S. meeting in teams and accessing CBMC tools. Within Maryland, we have around 324 network members with approximately 150 men actively participating in 17 teams around the State (see location map). 
• Internationally, CBMC is officially ministering in 98 countries, to over 18,500 individuals, with 148 countries accessing our online tools globally. 
• Over 1,600 leaders have discipled over 3,500 individuals using Operation Timothy (go to advance.cbmc.com for free access to these tools.).
• During 2023, 34% of the Operation Timothy sessions have been accessed on a mobile device. This is a 50% increase over last year.
• By 2025 it is estimated that 72% of all internet users will solely use mobile devices, so CBMC is upgrading our technology to be positioned for mobile use.
• Nationally, CBMC reaches over 20,000 men and women at our evens each year. Within Maryland, we held 13 events, and connected to 568 individuals.
