Announcing an exciting opportunity to impact Young Professionals in Maryland!

The purpose of CBMC Young Professionals is to provide Gospel-centered leadership coaching in an authentic atmosphere for men under the age of 40. YP teams provide a safe environment to share life challenges both personally and professionally. These teams are growing around the country and have made a significant impact on Young Professionals’ lives, relationships, and career progress. Currently we have one Young Professionals group meeting by Zoom. It is our desire to expand this ministry to several in-person groups meeting across the state of Maryland.

To achieve this goal, CBMC Maryland's Area Leadership Team has established the new position of "Young Professionals Area Director" to build and grow the Young Professional ministry for business and professional men. This position will report to the CBMC Maryland Senior Area Director. A full job description is available here.

A generous donor has provided a two-for-one match for donations designated for this new full time CBMC staff member to equip Young Professional men in Maryland! Every $100 that is donated will result in $300 being provided for this new initiative.

We are asking you to do two things:

• Help fund the annual budget for this new staff position. Our goal is for this position to be completely funded in order to attract a dynamic man who will be willing to answer God's call and to serve in this full time ministry role.
• Pray that God will reveal to us the man whom He has called to serve in this capacity. We are beginning our search now for the best candidate. If you know of someone qualified, please forward this information and encourage him to begin a conversation with our Maryland Staff team.
