As a 20-year-old sophomore lacrosse player at Cornell University, Frank Kelly experienced a spiritual awakening in the middle of practice one cold February afternoon that would alter the trajectory of his life forever. Frank will share his personal faith, family and business journey, and the impact of building FCA Lacrosse into an international movement that influences thousands of young athletes, families, friends and coaches each year. Frank’s warm, humorous, and at times painful stories convey life lessons on how to discern the doors that the Creator opens in our lives and develop the faith to walk through them one at a time.

Frank Kelly was recently named a 2024 Power 10 CEO by the Baltimore Business Journal. The Power 10 award honors top executives in the Greater Baltimore business community for their record of achievement and continued success in both their careers and commitment to the community.
