Albert Whitestone, Field Associate

Residing in Westminster, Maryland, with his wife Leanne, Albert Whitestone (known as Coach Albert) embodies a lifetime of dedication to leadership, service, and transformation. In September 2024, Albert and Leanne will celebrate 45 years of marriage—a testament to commitment, partnership, and shared vision. Together, they are proud parents of three grown sons and grandparents to six cherished grandchildren.

Albert’s journey of service began with four years in the United States Navy, where he served aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, followed by a year in the Maryland National Guard. His professional career took root in the IT industry in 1985, where he has held leadership roles in esteemed organizations such as Eastman Kodak, Microsoft, Symantec, Dell Technologies, and VMware.

In 2012, Albert transitioned his wealth of experience into life coaching and leadership development, earning certifications as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker. Additionally, he became a Certified CMBC Leadership Coach in 2023 and a Certified CMBC Leadership Coach Trainer in 2024. Through these programs, Albert offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and one-on-one coaching that integrate proven leadership principles with practical application to drive personal and professional growth.

As a coach, Albert partners with his clients to create customized, systematic plans tailored to their unique goals. By fostering deeper conversations and exploring effective strategies, Albert helps clients gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps forward.
